How does the analysis work?

Paste or type a text message and tap Decode. Our AI reads the message, identifies the emotional tone, translates the subtext, and generates suggested replies tailored to the situation. Everything happens in seconds.

Is my data private?

Yes. Messages are sent to OpenAI for processing and are not stored on our servers after the response is delivered. We don’t sell your data or track you across apps. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What are credits?

Credits are used each time you analyse a message, scan for red flags, or chat with the Expert. Your plan determines how many credits you get per month. Credits reset every 30 days from the date you signed up.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Free gives you 50 credits/month for single message analysis. Lite (500 credits) adds thread analysis, red flag detection, and My Style personalisation. Premium (1,500 credits) adds Expert Chat, reply refinement, and the most advanced AI model.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap “Manage Subscription”, or open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase. Apple handles all refund decisions for App Store purchases.

The app isn’t working or analysis is failing

Make sure you have a stable internet connection — the app requires online access to process messages. If the problem persists, try signing out and back in from Settings. If it’s still not working, email us below.

What AI model do you use?

We use OpenAI’s GPT-5 model family. Free uses GPT-5 Nano, Lite uses GPT-5 Mini, and Premium uses the full GPT-5 flagship model for the most nuanced analysis.
